WHAT IS INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL MEDIATION?

International commercial mediation is an out-of-court dispute resolution process in which an independent and impartial mediator facilitates communication between parties from different countries, helping them reach an amicable agreement.

It provides a fast, confidential and flexible way to resolve commercial disputes involving foreign laws, international businesses or cross-border commercial relationships.

International commercial mediation is particularly suitable when the parties reside or have their registered offices in different countries, when their business relationship is governed by different legal systems, or when identifying and accessing the competent court — especially a foreign court — may be complex, costly or time-consuming.
